They are used on this site only in a nominative, descriptive way — to refer to the game this fan site is about. We do not use Rockstar logos, the Pricedown typeface, official key art, or Rockstar trade dress. Courts have long recognized this kind of referential use (e.g. New Kids on the Block v. News America Publishing, 971 F.2d 302; Toyota v. Tabari, 610 F.3d 1171; Playboy v. Welles, 279 F.3d 796).
No piracy, no leaks
We do not publish, host, or link to leaked builds, stolen footage, or any other unauthorized Rockstar material. Everything on this site is sourced from official announcements or clearly labeled community speculation.
GTA VI has no PC version, no beta, no APK, and no early download. Anything offering a "GTA 6 download," beta key, or mobile version before Rockstar announces one is a scam.
Accuracy
Every game fact on this site carries a source and a last-verified date, and is labeled Confirmed (official Rockstar or Take-Two material), Reported (credible press), or Rumor (unverified). Fan theories are clearly labeled as speculation. We still make mistakes — if you spot one, tell us and we will fix it quickly.
